These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for Weiz Styles Ltd located at Unit 17, Battersea Business Centre, 99-109 Lavender Hill, London, SW11 5QL, herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” and “Us.”

Our email is [email protected].  “You” and “Your” refers to users of this Company’s website, communications, products, services  and related materials, herein known as “Offering.”

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is Your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully prior to purchase, use, or access of any of Our products, including online courses. These Colour Catalogue Membership Terms should be read alongside the full Weiz Styles Terms & Conditions available here.

COLOUR CATALOGUE MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

These additional terms apply specifically to all monthly and annual Colour Catalogue memberships. If there is any conflict between this section and another part of these Terms and Conditions, this section will take precedence in relation to the Colour Catalogue, subject always to Your statutory consumer rights.

ABOUT THE COLOUR CATALOGUE

The Colour Catalogue is a digital membership provided by Weiz Styles Ltd. Members receive a monthly digital shopping edit featuring clothing, footwear and accessories selected for one of the four seasonal colour palettes: Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter. The Colour Catalogue provides general shopping inspiration based on seasonal colour palette. It is not a bespoke personal styling service and does not take into account an individual member’s body shape, proportions, style personality, lifestyle, budget, sizing or existing wardrobe.

CHOOSING YOUR COLOUR SEASON

You are responsible for selecting the correct Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter Colour Catalogue when purchasing Your membership. You do not need to have completed a Colour Analysis with Weiz Styles, but You should already know Your seasonal colour palette before joining. If You accidentally select the wrong season, please contact Us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to transfer Your membership to the correct seasonal catalogue.

DELIVERY OF YOUR FIRST COLOUR CATALOGUE

A fresh Colour Catalogue is normally delivered at the beginning of each calendar month. If You join between the 1st and 7th of a month, You will receive that month’s edition for Your selected seasonal colour palette. If You join from the 8th onwards, Your first Colour Catalogue will be the following month’s edition. Payment is taken immediately when You join, irrespective of the date on which Your first Colour Catalogue will be delivered. Your subsequent renewal date will ordinarily be based on the date on which You originally purchased Your membership. Future editions will be delivered at the beginning of each month for as long as Your membership remains active.

EMAIL DELIVERY

The Colour Catalogue is delivered digitally to the email address provided when You purchase Your membership.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking Your inbox, spam and junk folders. Please add [email protected] to Your safe-sender list where possible. If You believe You should have received a Colour Catalogue but cannot locate it, please contact Us at [email protected]. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address, Your email provider, spam filtering or circumstances outside Our reasonable control. However, We will make reasonable efforts to resend the relevant edition if You contact Us.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

The monthly Colour Catalogue membership is charged at the price displayed at checkout and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel Your monthly membership at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of Your current paid billing period, after which no further payments will be taken. Unless required by applicable law, cancelling a monthly membership does not entitle You to a refund for a billing period that has already commenced or for a Colour Catalogue that has already been supplied.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

The annual Colour Catalogue membership is charged at the price displayed at checkout and provides 12 months of membership.

The annual membership renews automatically every 12 months unless You cancel the renewal before Your next annual payment becomes due. We will send You a reminder before taking an annual renewal payment. You may turn off automatic renewal at any time during Your annual membership. Your membership will continue until the end of the current 12-month period, but You will not be charged for a further year. The annual membership fee is non-refundable once the membership has commenced, except where a refund is required under Your statutory rights or other applicable law. Cancelling automatic renewal does not end the current annual membership early or create an entitlement to a partial or pro-rata refund.

MANAGING OR CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Your purchase confirmation email will contain a secure link through which You can view, manage or cancel Your subscription. You may also request help with cancelling or managing Your membership by emailing [email protected].

Cancellation prevents the next applicable renewal payment from being taken. It does not ordinarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law.

STATUTORY CANCELLATION AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Depending on the circumstances, You may have statutory cancellation rights when purchasing a digital subscription online. Where You request access to digital content during a statutory cancellation period, We may ask You to provide Your express consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge how this affects Your cancellation rights. Any entitlement to cancel, obtain a remedy or receive a refund under applicable consumer law will take precedence over the general cancellation and refund terms set out above.

PRICES AND CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP

The price applicable to Your membership will be displayed clearly before You complete Your purchase. We may change the price or features of the Colour Catalogue in the future. Any price change will not affect a billing period for which You have already paid. We will provide reasonable notice of any change that will apply to a future renewal, allowing You the opportunity to cancel before the new price or materially changed terms take effect.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS

The products featured in each Colour Catalogue are available from third-party retailers at the time the catalogue is researched and created. We cannot guarantee that any featured product, size, colour or price will remain available. Retailers may change prices, remove products or sell out of particular items without notice. Any purchase You make through a featured link is a separate transaction between You and the relevant retailer. The retailer’s own terms, delivery arrangements, returns policy and privacy policy will apply to that purchase. Weiz Styles is not responsible for the quality, fit, availability, delivery, returns process or performance of products purchased from third-party retailers. Some featured links may be affiliate links, which means Weiz Styles may receive a commission if You make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to You. This does not affect the price You pay or the independent curation of the Colour Catalogue.

PERSONAL SUITABILITY

Although items are selected according to seasonal colour palette, We cannot guarantee that every featured item will suit every member’s body shape, proportions, personal style, lifestyle, sizing, budget or wardrobe requirements. You remain responsible for deciding whether a particular product is suitable before purchasing it and should review the retailer’s product information, sizing and returns policy. If You require shopping recommendations curated specifically for Your individual colours, body shape, style personality, lifestyle and wardrobe, You will need to work with Weiz Styles on a one to one basis.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE

All Colour Catalogue content, including its curation, written commentary, structure, styling guidance, graphics and original design elements, is owned by or licensed to Weiz Styles Ltd and is protected by intellectual property law. Your membership is for Your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, share, sell, distribute or provide access to any Colour Catalogue or its contents to another person without Our prior written permission. Individual product images, brand names and retailer materials remain the property of their respective owners.

CHANGES, INTERRUPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY

We may make reasonable changes to the format, presentation, retailers, categories or number of items included in the Colour Catalogue. We may occasionally need to delay delivery because of illness, technical problems or circumstances outside Our reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, We will notify affected members and take reasonable steps to provide the relevant edition as soon as possible. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Colour Catalogue. If this prevents Us from supplying content for a period You have already paid for, We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement content, an extension or a proportionate refund, as applicable.
